STANDARD RATE: May - September

Nightly:  $375 (two night minimum)
Weekly:  $2,450
Monthly:  $9,750*

ADDITIONAL FEES

Refundable Damage Deposit: $350

Cleaning Fee: $120 minimum. Cleaning fee is based on number of guests and length of stay.

To secure reservation

50% of Total Amount is due upon booking.  

Total Amount includes:
•   Total Nightly Rate  
•   Cleaning fee
•   Refundable Damage Deposit

Remaining 50% is due no later than 30 days* prior to check-in date.

* If the reservation is a "last minute booking" 100% of the total will be due at the time of booking.
